Can not use Horizons

Hello, I’m having a similar problem to other users here - the app tells me I need to create a meta account, but I’ve already set it all up. I’ve bought a few apps already.

I go to the page prompted by the warning screen, but it tells me I’m good to go, just reset the device - that doesn’t help either.

I can’t use Workspaces either. Help would be appreciated!

I’m having the same issue. It keeps saying goto although i’ve already created account.

I am also having this issue and have tried numerous solutions but can’t find a way to sort the issue out.

After doing factory reset this problem has resolved. Please make sure you turn on cloud option from headset to save all your game progress.
