as the article 【Move information storage】 and support email says, Move does not support cloud backup at the moment. That means, if users do factory reset or switch to a new device, they will lose their previous exercise data
i hope Move can support cloud backup asap.
As Meta Connect is coming, many quest 2 users will switch to a new device. if cloud backup enabled, those users can continue their progress with new quest. otherwise, those long weeks achievements will be meaningless

i post my record here. i bought my quest2 in Oct.2020 . I did factory reset as firmware V5x serious bug of airlink, so i lost my data before May.2023. I was very said at that time.
I HOPE I CAN KEEP TRACK OF MY PROGRESS WITH NEW QUEST AND NEVER LOSE MY RECORD
