A popup for severe weather emergencies

I had a tornado warning on my phone at 3:42pm and I didn't see it until 4:16pm because we'll these headsets kinda stop you from seeing your room If your constantly in a game for hours and some people like to have their volume as high as possible so you can't hear it either. I have a samsung, and for some reason they don't make a sound even tho it's a litteral life threatening event, so it would be very helpful if the headset could recieve and display issued weather warnings/watches maybe even reach out to the weather network (please not accuweather) or smth

I super rarely get weather emergencies in my country but I second this, without warnings this could be a major health risk especially in areas with common heavy natural emergencies such as Asia, US, Australia, Haiti etc.
