Add More Space to Pin Apps on the Universal Menu

Currently, we can only have up to 5 apps on the universal menu/taskbar, and 3 of those are permanently pinned: People, Store, and Horizon Feed. We can only pin 2 more apps. I don't even use the People and Horizon Feed apps. Even disabling it through adb doesn't remove the shortcut.

If we can't unpin those first three apps, can't we just remove the limit, pin more than 5 apps, and stretch the universal menu? It's a VR environment, the space is technically unlimited.

pinning more apps to the taskbar would be an improvment.

pico can do it (video),  can you do it too, meta? 😉

(maybe adding a second row would be an additonal improvment)

Great idea, @geronimo8!
I think more customization of the Universal Menu in general would be fantastic and this would be a very welcome addition!

(I can't wait for the inevitable video of someone testing and finding out just how "unlimited" such a feature really is 😂)
