Allow Add ons to be gifted to friends

You're literally leaving SO MUCH MONEY on the table by not allowing this, like so many people want this idea to be a real thing, a good example is beat saber there's so many songs I want to buy for my friends but physically can't because of the gifting system, you would greatly be benefiting meta by doing this but also independent sellers, literally bringing more developers to your platform because of all the extra money thats on the table, this I can imagine wouldnt be too difficult to implement either due to the framework already being there, so i dont understand why you're leaving such a money making opportunity on the table, it literally makes no sense!
