Allow/Encourage Game Series Sales or Publisher Discounts

Hello, 

I've been checking out the Red Matter series to purchase for my Quest 3.

When comparing to Steam's store on PCVR if I purchase both Red Matter games I get a bundle offering at a discount

Can we see more Steam like marketplace approaches? Like Publisher Sales or similar. It does not seem like the marketplace has many discounts so I have no interest in using the Store for games

On an off-topic note, are all marketplace items priced in a bracket? It seems like all items are priced the same (22.99, 27.99 etc.) is there no publisher chosen variation? This gives store items a higher than normal price because they need to fit the bracket which doesn't seem friendly if that's the approach.
