Currently, when the Oculus Quest system clock is false (maybe it identified the wrong timezone at initial setup; the phone had a wrong clock at setup, you changed your location where there is a different local time, and probably when daylight savings time changes (to be seen)), there is no way other then a factory reset to get the system clock of the quest right again. At factory reset the phone time gets synced with the Quest apparently. Either add a setting within the Oculus Quest home environment, to change and set the current timezone and sync the time with the network or a online time server; or add an option in the Oculus Companion App to resync the current time with the Quest.

Annoying. The UK just switched to British Summer Time and now my Quest 2 is an hour slow. How hard would it be to sync from the phone when it's connected?

No just reboot your oculus quest 2 to go to safe mode just hold the power off button and minus on the volume and scroll up and down with the volume and select reboot with the power button

C'mon Facebook, seriously? A basic UI option from 2000 still isn't implemented in a consumer device from 2021? What a joke.

I probably can't post a link here, but if you search reddit for "quest 2 timezone", there is a fix.
