Bring horizon to Belgium and the rest of the world

Why is Horizon not playable in the whole world? We’re waiting in Belgium for a really long time. I had this game in my favorites, what saying that it’ll be launched shortly and now we even can’t see it anymore and it’s out of my favorites. If you want a lot of people from Belgium asking to add the game also here then I must say ‘we’re one of the smallest countries in the world so how can we get a lot of votes on that one?’ Please launch this game for everyone (specially in Belgium 😉)
