awesome if I can play a game with using Dash like surfing the internet. I tried and found that it works well with a few apps like Google Earth VR and Quill, but mostly, when I push Oculus Home button, an app stops. Then, even if it works, it is not rendered well.(if there is an object between me and the window, I can still see the window. But it shouldn't.)

This is dependent on the app. The app needs to recognize Dash's existence and to stop showing hands and accepting input, before being willing to show on top of the app. If the app does not know Dash exists, it's safer to hide the app. The window should probably always be visible, to prevent the app from accidentally blocking something important. But there's extra information that the app can but does not have to provide, so that its own objects are semi-transparent.

Thanks. Is there a way to develop an app so that it recognizes dash and does not let it stop the app, right now? Hopefully, I wanna use dash with my app...

Take a look at the "Managing Dashboards and Application Focus" section of https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/pcsdk/latest/concepts/dg-vr-focus/
