Do not push updates on a Friday

Here's a "radical" idea, in light of today's update that has broken everyone's access to their purchased apps and wiped the already installed apps from the headsets: People wait for the weekend to relax, enjoy themselves, and play games. Which includes playing on their Oculus devices. On top of that, updates always carry the risk of breaking something, introducing unexpected bugs, and in general make the user experience suffer. I'm also fairly sure that no software engineer enjoys spending overtime on Friday night and weekend to fix a bug in production instead of spending time at home with their families. I know I don't, for example. So why not adopting the same principle that many other companies have successfully adopted in the last few years: DO NOT PUSH AUTOMATIC UPDATES ON FRIDAY.
