Easier Upload of Files from Phone (Android & iOS) to Quest 3

iOS devices can now upload spatial videos to the Quest 3 via the Horizon app. It would be great if this upload feature was extended to all iOS and Android devices for any type of file.

This would make everything so much easier. After capturing or downloading a photo or video on your iOS or Android device, you could easily upload it through the Horizon app and instantly access it in your Quest 3 gallery. This upload functionality should also be available for other types of files.
