This band at 5.850–5.925ghz allows for more reliable 160mhz channel width on high performance 2023 WiFi6 routers such as the ASUS GT-AX11000 Pro. This spectrum is also ideal for mobile VR gaming as the 5ghz band has better range than 6ghz, yet this particular segment of 5ghz WiFi6 can operate at the same bandwidth as 6ghz wifi6E. It does not appear there are any hardware limitations that would prevent this on Quest3, it would just need firmware update + FCC approval.
