It would be amazing if the oculus would allow you to connect directly to the ethernet cord just add an extra plug so we could directly connect to the Internet so it could be 200 times faster and it would make life a hell of a lot easier. thank you you have a great night

No, that would be way too much effort to add a LAN/Ethernet socket.

But what they should do is to (re-)activate the support of Ethernet/LAN USB-C adapters.

You find several other suggestions in this forum for that, please vote for them to increase the likelihood of the decision makers see it.
