Game match recorder

I have an idea. The other day I ran into teammates who where toxic to me from the start of the match just because I was playing music. There should be a implemented match recorder where you can click to save or ignore to delete. It should capture person by person so you could spectate each one. With voice being enabled so you can hear what each person says individually or all together. To also implement a way to report a person from this recording and choose what you want to report them for or use custom to type your own reasons if it isn't stated there but would still go against the rules. I am suggesting this for Echo VR but I also suggest it be for everygame possible. I was told to recommend this here by Danish Ansari from Oculus support.
