So this is from personal experience and I’m still trying to recover them but maybe allow people to transfer their purchased games or items from one account to another if they needed to get a new one, (with proof of purchase and account information such as emails)
because my Facebook account was deleted and in order to get my oculus to function, I had to reset it. Wellllll apparently because the account was deleted a while ago, the games are gone too. I spent an easy 100+ bucks and lost it all.
