Meta Quest provides no tool or API to create nor post costume Home Environment (HE) on the Meta Market. I think having developers create a costume HE will enrich the value for users to experiment and explore different HE rather than just what only Meta can provide. Allowing the developer community to create a custom HE will also be an excellent start-up project for new VR developers.
