If the facebook livestream is an experiment, put it in the experimental options for all users

I've been informed that the Facebook livestream re-released in v56 Is only available to some users as an experiment.

I feel like this is unfair for the users without this functionality

I suggest putting the option to use this experimental feature in the experimental features menu on all headsets so people can decide if they want to use it or not.

was stoked to hear the feature was making a comeback after it got cut awhile back, then got caught up trying to figure why i had the correct update and no casting to Facebook function, kinda goofy this aint standard issued.
