Integrated Vitiligo support for Avatar’s

Im a Caucasian male with the vitiligo skin condition on my face. My skin is a lighter pigment so the patches aren’t noticeable on my skin, but there is a streak of white hairs on my face. Half of my left eyebrow is white and some hairs in the front middle of my hairline are white aswell. It’s progressing and I’ll have more as time goes on. Is this something meta would consider adding to the avatar feature on messenger and other apps? The ability to customize hair and skin in specific patches would be a great feature!
