Make Vr available for retirement homes and elderly care facilities

I’ve been thinking a lot lately how miserable people are when they are no longer able to take care of themselves. Many of them end up in a nursing facility and isolated from the life they would rather be living. 
 Vr could help them be free to roam again. They could connect with family easier and more often.

develop an app for families and friends to meet up and go for walks together or go on virtual tours of all kinds of landmarks together. 
These people are stuck in a facility for the rest of their lives some won’t ever walk again.  Vr can help them live a better happier life.
