Meta Quest 2 & 3 controller compatibility

Status:

Make controllers cross compatible if possible.

Make quest 2 able to use quest 3 controllers (especially since quest 2 controller seem to be out of stock).
Make quest 3 able to use quest 2 controllers.
Make both able to use Quest Pro controllers (I think this third one might already be done)
