More payment methods and features - gift card, wallet, etc...

Hello, My prefered way to make game purchases is via physical gift cards (scratch cards) that I buy at various stores to add funds to a virtual wallet that most virtual stores offer. So far I have been able to make use of google play cards, steam gift cards, blizzard gift cards, playstation network cards. And I know other stores that also offer this type of payment. I have nor want a credit card or to make a paypal account as they come with unwanted costs. Payment methods should be plentiful and convenient. The oculus store is the only one that does not offer a payment method that I can make use of. So would you kindly add more?

Got an Oculus Quest yesterday and I tried adding my paypal account in 4 different browsers and 3 different networks. It never works and I already contacted support yesterday with no response so far. Great start.

You really need to allow adding an item to the cart BEFORE throwing up a popup about having no payment options in the account stored, and making them come back afterwards to hunt and re-add item. . It feels like a last-minute UI bug fix hacked into the workflow.

Hello there who is reading this. I have a good idea. It would be nice if you add more payment methods like paysafe or something like that. That could help a lot of people who dont have credit or debit card or paypal.

I know this is an old post but I assume that some people might have this problem like I did today when I tried purchasing the Oculus Quest 64gb. I checked my credit card, tried different ones and different devices but it still wouldn't work. However, it got through when I changed my browser to Microsoft Edge. I don't know why only this browser works from the other ones I have like Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox but it worked.

When I first got my Quest, I was able to add debit cards just fine, but the past few days I have been needing to add a new card and I am unable to do so. I have looked around and I am not the only one with this problem. Some people are able to fix it but all of their strategies involve making a new account and factory resetting the Quest. I have already purchased some games so switching accounts is not an option for me. This has been happening to people for over a year now and oculus has done nothing about it.

i would really want to pay with a paysafecard, because i do not own a credit card or have an paypal acount. Some of the users aren't even 18 years old, so paysafecard or a giftcard support would be highly appreciated.

We purchased two Oculus Quests for Christmas and both my wife and I cannot add a payment method. We have tried using different browsers such as IE, Chrome, Safari, and Edge. Tried different networks, tried our phone with wifi off. Also tried different credit cards and also PayPal all with no luck. We have both created support tickets and waiting for over two weeks now with no solution. My wife has a Facebook account so that’s not the issues either. I would like to return the units but Best Buy won’t take them back as now over 30 days. We feel the units are useless without apps to run a real waste of money. Don’t buy these things until they fix this issue. Ridiculous!

i have tried multiple times to add a paypal account to the app and have been unsuccessful. this is unacceptable and it should be a simple process to have multiple accounts linked and working without it saying "Something went wrong and we were unable to add this payment method. Please try again." Fix your payment methods so customers can have other ways of paying for your content and services
