Notify contributors when their posts lead to fixes/patches to encourage reports and suggestions.

There's almost nothing that feels better than seeing your feedback about the issues you care about directly result in bug fixes/improvements.

I personally suggested this idea to the Cooking Simulator VR developers and after they implemented it they ended up getting VR Game Of The Year. 

This wouldn't have been possible without the strong relationship they fostered with the community.

I think notifying users that their contributions helped solve a specific issue or helped create a feature would have some great benefits:

• It would encourage forum users to participate, and appreciate Meta for recognizing their contributions.
• It would help clean up the forums by encouraging users to participate in popular threads to maximize the chance of having their issue recognized. 
• Foster a much stronger relationship between Meta and its users, and thus their reputation/acclaim.
