Oculus App prevents Windows PC from going into sleep

It's been reported first around five years ago, and it's still an issue. Either Oculus VR services or Oculus App itself prevent PC from going to sleep. For some reason it occupies Realtek Driver and audio stream.

This is the result of powercfg -requests:
