Would be cool if there was a support crew inside the headset who you can meet in horizon worlds or invite to your environment for a call to go over a checklist. Trusted community members should get a level of clearance to troubleshoot device in depth or help with PCVR by utilizing screen share and maybe even remote desktop help.  And some reward system to make some income and keep the wheels turning sort of speak. Email is very old, and should be used as a last measure...
