The meta chat zone service for network service providers worldwide

The following business business proposition is inspired the 1st proposition that i have brought to your attention of which is for meta to form an electronic mailbox account service (lesedi.l@metamail.com) that should be created and added in the sign in page of meta's platforms.

My latest proposition (idea for meta to implement) is a chat zone service that should be added in the mobile apps of all network service providers worldwide. The chat zone service can be uniquely created by meta and presented to network service providers like MTN, VODACOM, TELKOM among others to give those network service providers with a new platform/service in their mobile Apps that they can use to execute marketing and P.R initiatives in for their clients. The chat zone service can also enable users of those network service providers (the public) to engage with old or new people or businesses by accessing the chat zone service in the mobile Apps of their network service providers and according to the terms and conditions of those mobile service providers. The chat zone service may be sold to various network service providers and maintained by meta depending on the purchase agreement with those network service providers and various companies may be allowed to advertise or use the chat zone service to do surveys along with other marketing activities based on their agreement with meta or with the network service providers that will have the chat zone service in their mobile Apps.
The chat zone service may mave the first name of the network service providers but it should include that it is created by meta for quality assurance purposes. The features that should be included in the chat zone service are;
i) chat to companies- to allow users to communicate with the companies that will sign up to be added in the chat zone service.
ii) Chat to my institution- to allow users to communicate with their learning institutions that will sign up to be added in the chat zone service.
iii) chat to my people- to allow users to communicate with the people that they have added to the chat zone service (may be people of the same network service provider).
iv) chat to customer care- to allow users to communicate with consultants/agents of their network service provider.
v) Chat to government- to allow users to communicate with their government through the communications department of that government.
The chat zone service may charge parties that what to be part of it and those premium funds may be divided between meta and the network service providers that it will be doing business with.

This chat zone service proposition is an expansion of the meta services in terms of empowering the public to socialize and communicate with various people and organizations by using the mobile App of their network service providers of which will benefit a lot of people that want to do more with their network service providers apps. This business venture of a chat zone service for network service providers will be profitable for meta and beneficial for its target market in terms of what it will be used for.

I believe that meta has competent employees that can create the chat zone service for network service providers to upgrade/update their apps by adding it and I acknowledge the fact that network service providers will not deny their clients the opportunity of having the chat zone service available in their apps regarding the benefits that come with having it. Therefore, the chat zone service is something that should be implemented to get people closer to one another in a service that is created by the company that encourages the public to communicate. Furthermore, meta has nothing to loose but more to gain by choosing to implement this idea/proposition of a chat zone service for network service providers.
