The UI is constantly changing as the headset updates, some people like the changes and some complain. I get adjusted to the UI and then next update it seems like im playing on a temu version of a quest. The UI changes also cause loads of issues with the system apps like social features and gallery such as crashing.
An option either on the mobile app or in headset settings for Quest 2/3 to download old UI versions as long as it supports recently added features to the UI which can be togglable, it however requires a headset restart.
