We have the space for more apps to be pinned but the OS just doesn't let us? we can only have 2 custom pins with 5 total which should be easily fixable? Would be nice for that little bit of extra customisability

Agreed, it's been disappointing to me that of the "5" slots, 3 are forced. 2 of the three are borderline bloatware depending on your use case for the headset and the other is the store.

So 2 custom slots for my entire apps library?

At very least let us unpin the 3 forced apps. Better yet would be a redesign of the pinned apps section.
