There is currently a bug in the system. If I buy a game in Quest2 and I recommend this title, I can send a referral. But if I go to the rift store and there I buy my copy (crossbuy), from that moment the option of being able to send a referral to anyone disappears. I have consulted this with more friends and "everyone" confirms that this also happens to them. For this reason, Meta, please review it and recover the option to send us referrals for games that we have a copy of in Rift+Quest, since there is a bug that prevents it when you have the title with both. Thank you.

I wanna to suggest a major improvement for game updates. When there is little Headset space, and you have a game like Grid legends or Walkingdead that is very large, these do have updates, they are "impossible to update" because there is no extra space for the download and apply operation. On the other hand... if they are uninstalled and installed, there is space. The only downside is that Meta does not have the option to leave the games saved in a "forced" local way (no need for a cloud). If Meta adds the option to uninstall without deleting "saves", you could make it uninstall when there are updates and install it complete and updated, thus avoiding the low space limitation. This would be very useful for the regular user. Thank you.

Dear Meta Team, I am writing to propose the creation of a new service called MetaMovies, which would be a platform similar to YouTube, but designed specifically for 360 stereo movies that can be viewed on the Quest 2 virtual reality headset. Virtual reality technology has advanced rapidly in recent years, and the Quest 2 headset is a prime example of this. Its high-quality display, powerful processors, and wireless capabilities make it an excellent device for immersive virtual experiences. However, there is currently a lack of content that fully takes advantage of its capabilities, especially when it comes to movies. MetaMovies would be a platform that addresses this gap in the market. It would allow content creators to easily upload 360 stereo movies that can be viewed on the Quest 2, providing users with an immersive and engaging viewing experience. Users would be able to search for and watch movies in a variety of genres, including documentaries, short films, and feature-length movies. To ensure the highest quality content, MetaMovies would have strict content guidelines, and all uploaded movies would be reviewed by a team of experts before being made available to users. Additionally, the platform would provide content creators with tools and resources to help them produce high-quality 360 stereo movies, making it possible to create experiences far quicker and at the fraction of the cost of building separate VR applications. And MetaMovies, since they do not require any coding , are always 100% bug free. Examples of such movies include: Avatar Flight of Passage (now a ride at Disneyland), Star Wars battles (from pov of one ship), Jurassic Park TRex chase scene, Snowboarding down mountains, and many other types of chase scenes, which are emotionally enhanced by the immersion. In terms of monetization, MetaMovies could generate revenue through a combination of 360 stereo advertising (‘MetaMercials’), subscription fees, and pay-per-view models. This would provide content creators with a source of income while also ensuring that the platform remains sustainable. We believe that MetaMovies has the potential to become a significant player in the VR entertainment industry, providing users with a new and exciting way to watch movies. We look forward to working with Meta to bring this vision to life and create a platform that benefits both content creators and users. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Frank Chew

Casting everything in the headset is crucial for guiding and sharing experiences in VR. Please support casting projects from unknown sources. This is helpful for devs, tinkerers, and folks who want to experiment with VR but aren't ready or don't want to monetize their projects and submit to the Oculus Store.

It can be hard for newcomers to demo the Quest when they have no idea what to do or can not find the app.
People should be able to start an app as long as the Quest is connected to your smartphone remotely.

It would be amazing if the Oculus Move app could link to the heart rate monitor on my Apple Watch and send data to Apple Health and even then on to other fitness tracking apps such as Strava or Endomondo etc.
Please make it happen!

Currently casting to a TV requires a Chromecast. It would be great if there were Oculus apps for Roku, Amazon Fire Stick, etc to make it easier to cast to a TV

Will be helpful for organization and casting a headset when you have multiple but donât know the codes by heart. Iâve provided an image for what it can look like with the rename ability.

Reviews are garbage. There needs to be more options and restrictions to make them less garbage.
Donât allow users to post reviews until theyâve played at least an hour and a half of the game. This time restriction would allow people to post reviews and return the game but also give users enough time to judge, at the very least, the initial chapters of the game. Itâs not helpful for people to post reviews that say âfive stars, Iâll update when I play the gameâ.

I like the way team Oculus handled the store. Iâd love to see an AppleTV app similar to the one on my phone. Browsing on the TV would be a nice experience. Casting to the AppleTV would be even better!
Would this be difficult to do since the iOS app already exists?

After suggesting it for a while on Social Media, @MetaQuestGaming on Twitter suggested I voice my idea for a Beat Saber, Music Pack here. And my idea would be a dedicated Dua Lipa Music Pack for Beat Saber. I feel like her style of music would suit the game really well, as Dua Lipa's funky, Dance oriented songs could fit the nature of Beat Saber's style of gameplay really well. With that said, here's the list of songs I'd suggest putting in: "Levitating" "Future Nostalgia" "Break my Heart" "Physical" "One Kiss" "Sweetest Pie" "Don't Start Now" "Potion" "Fever" I really hope this idea can become true some day, Thank you for reading!

There isn't really any way to talk to other people/friends while playing games on the Quest unless they have built in voice chat. But even then you have to listen to everybody, not just your friends. Adding discord would be a nice feature to add some time in the future.

Native support for popular voice communications (ie: Discord) while gaming would be great. Cross-play between quest and PC users is troublesome without it.
Current workarounds are klunky
