Hey there, Cheng! In the brightness settings there will be an option for night mode which limits blue light exposure and should be easier on the eyes! If any other issues pop up or if its still bothering you please feel free to submit a support ticket here. Hope this helped!

I have used the htc vive generation before and my eyes have never been so uncomfortable. Since I used QUEST 2, my eyes are dry and painful. Please make the brightness adjustable lower in the later firmware update. I believe many people are like me. thanks

It is useless to limit blue light alone, I hope the brightness can be reduced to a lower level across the board
