use same app on two devices at the same time while on the same network

It's really absurd that there's no real family sharing where an app can be played on two devices at the same time. This causes customers, like me, to purchase an app multiple times so my child can play the same app for multiplayer use. There should be parent and child accounts where this is available until the child reaches age 18. Do you think it's fair for a parent to be forced to purchase an app for each child? Suppose I had 4 kids and myself, do you think it's right for me to buy an app 5 times? At minimum, you can allow simultaneous playing while the headsets are on the same internet connection with the same public ip address or on the same LAN. That's a very simple adjustment that developers could add in a day. Please look at this from the parent's viewpoint, I've already had to purchase multiple headsets which are very expensive, and now I have to purchase the same apps multiple times.
