° Complete the Pluralsight tutorial.

° Start building out Moodboards/Styleguides.
° Continue solidifying the overall UX/Product plan into a GDD or Scope document.
Status
• Sketched Moki in 2D
• Sketched low poly Winterland to go along with Moki and test brand look and feel.
• Made Moodboards
• Wrote the Demo Flow out in a production ready format.
• The Production Plan, Asset and Tutorial Trackers are proving to be super useful tools to help keep me on track.
• Watched the entire Pluralsight tutorial
• Brought my Moki’s World blender file into Unity and GearVR and felt like I was standing inside my file!
Time Management (Biggest Current Challenge)
At this point I’m feeling much more confident I can start to get my artwork into Unity, but still daunted by the how I will make it all work. As of right now I'm on schedule but not sure just how much I will get done before July 28th (my internal deadline for Demo 1.0).
Successes
1. Started sketching out brand graphics of Moki and his home world and feeling like it’s starting to come together!
2. Completed (watching) the Pluralsight tutorial and feel like I know what lies ahead in terms of building the island out.
3. Got my moodboards together and decided to build an island in Thailand called Koh Tao or Ko Tao which ironically means Turtle island!
4. Wrote out the Demo flow and got a better handle on the asset-needs.
° Start building the island art and environment for the Turtle Island scene.
° Sketch Moki’s 3D form, and maybe even rig?!
° Start testing how the Player moves and whether there is a need for a controller.
That’s all for now, good luck with all your projects folks!
