I haven't seen the quality and intricacy of your stitches, so I cannot judge, but stitching work will vary (like any creative). It may go as low as $100 for a quick-and-dirty autopano and as high as 20-30K/minute for mad projects with multiple takes, stabilization, tons of roto, paintjobs, etc.
I think the tricky part for me in the area where I am is getting people to understand and value the time and work that goes into 360 video production. Even the people who have a career in video production FAR undervalue our work and time. Even going as far as asking us to do spec work to test the waters. I know they won't do spec work!
