Update: Fix for issue running Avatars on Editor

As noted in the 3/14 build, we've made updates to the Avatars SDK underlying .dll's which aren't yet rolled out into your Oculus PC system folder. As such, we've heard from you that it's not possible to build on your PCs, only mobile, and this slows down the workflow considerably.

To help you continue working with Avatars I've uploaded a new .dll and assets .zip, which you'll need to drop in over the current versions of each file within the C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime folder. (make sure to backup the current files, just in case you need to roll this change back).

Both libovravatar.dll and OvrAvatarAssets.zip are included in the same folder. Note, this is the default. You can probably also just search libovravatar.dll and find out where you've installed it.

I've attached the substitute files to a dropbox folder, here:

Let me know if you have any issues with this.
