Has anyone been using it for Gear VR dev? Any notable differences in performance etc?

Oculus is it safe to move over?

Unfortunately, the mobile Unity SDK is not completely working on Unity 5 just yet.

It is being worked on, and hopefully will be up and running shortly. Thanks.
