From Unity GearVR App: Launch a link to a streaming 360 video

In an effort to keep app size down, I am trying to allow users to stream a 360 video instead of embedding it in the app. Is there any way to launch a 360 video player on the GearVR from a URL (such as a Youtube- or Facebook-hosted video)?
