I'm trying to set up the android environment on my WIn 10 PC so I can build for the Oculus Go. I'm following the docs (https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/mobilesdk/latest/concepts/mobile-studio-setup-android/) but there's one step I'm stuck on: "Add the JDK tools directory to your PATH". How exactly do i do that? What's the "JDK tools directory"?
Also, I keep getting "Unable to list target platforms". I've seen this on my forums going back a couple of years, but am still unable to resolve it even with the paths set correctly in Preferences>External Tools in Unity.
Yeah, I've run into those problems as well. Seems like I get errors at every step of the way. I solved the JDK error by installing the Oracle JDK and pointing Android Studio to that. Not sure how I got past the Unable to list target platforms... I think a restart and some Samsung USB drivers did the trick? Sorry I can't help more. I wish I was making a video of all the troubleshooting I've been doing to try to get Development going on Unity and Oculus Go. You'd think there would be a step by step guide instead of this fragmented mess on this site.
