How do we provide test login/account information for app review?

I would like to submit an application that requires login information. And unfortunately due to our own requirements we can not provide a sign-in at the login screen...

In this case how may I provide test account information to reviewers at the submission?

Well, the app reviewers want to go through the exact same experience that a regular customer would. If there is no obvious way for a customer who downloads your app to get an account, that is a problem. Can you describe the scenario with some more detail?
