How to capture Oculus Go gameplay for trailer?

I am putting together the submission for my game Demolo and am wondering how to capture VR gameplay for use in the trailer. Can the Oculus Go stream off video, or can I mirror it's input on a connected computer to capture that screen? I'm hoping the latter is easily doable (ie. I can move the headset to control a game running on my laptop) since that'd be my preferred approach.

fwiw I'm using Unity.

The Oculus Go OS has a function for recording in-app. If you want to record straight from the Unity Editor you'd need a PC-VR headset like the Rift.

Cool thanks. I'm surprised the Unity Editor can't hook up to the headset, but a native recording app will work.
