IAP - trouble creating test users

Hey,

We're integrating IAP at the moment but we're having trouble creating test users. The documentation in OVR_Requests_IAP.h (OVRPlatform v1.1) says we can create test users at https://dashboard.oculus.com/organizations/[YOUR_ORG_ID]/testusers however this page returns:

"Sorry, this page isn't available.
The link you followed may be broken, the page may have been removed, or you do not have permission to view this page.".

Although I haven't found a page to give us the organization ID directly, I'm assuming it's the same ID when accessing other organization dashboard pages like 'Members' ie: https://dashboard.oculus.com/organization/[ORG_ID]/members

Is the documentation out of date? Is there another way to create test users for IAP?

I think you can also access the Test Users from the main dashboard view. I see it in the top bar in between Members and Tools.
