Lock camera, use head tracking to alter object

Hello!I I'm using the latest version of Unity and have had a great experience with several prototypes. Now I want to test an experience where I lock the camera and use the head tracking to change the rotation of a different object. Anyone have some tips for how to maintain the anchors in a set position and still access the OVR input somehow to rotate an unrelated object?

Oh, an alternative question: any way to keep the camera managing prefab but move the cameras away from the center? Basically give you a bigger head?
