I'm experiencing some hard crashes while playing my game – the screen will just freeze, and the controller and headset stop updating. My only recourse in these cases is to shut down completely (which is still accessible, at least). I want to pull the log files from the Go, however that's proving kind of difficult. I've tried both OVRMonitor_Release.exe and OculusLogGatherer.exe: the former doesn't seem to gather any data at all (the report tabs are all empty), while the latter pulls in a tonne of system info, but doesn't seem to have anything relating to a previous run of our app in particular. I haven't been able to find any guides specifically about pulling (Unity) log files from the Go – does such a thing exist, or are there pointers on how to do so?
