Oculus Go "Take Photos" doesn't work

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out what is going on here.  I can record a video of my app with the little red light in the corner, but I cannot use "take photo".  I have the app open, I return to the Oculus Menu > Sharing > Take Photo, it returns to my app and nothing.  I know in general it works since it will take a screenshot of the Oculus App.  What is going on here?  I need screenshots for the store and the screen shots from the Oculus Capture Screen are not good enough.

I have the same experience - trying to make shot for posting here was disappointed. Suppose that some properties of app should be adjusted, but can't figure out what are they.

BTW, what is  Oculus Capture Screen ?
I know only two methods:

And may be you know how people make binocular-like screenshots ?
