Oculus go alpha channel my preview app shows unavailable

I release an app on the alpha channel and one user for testing but it only shows as unavailable no other details showing, please help me how to install and run it.

Have you added a test user to that channel and accepted the email notification from oculus?

yes, already added and verified then it's showing in the user account store section in the oculus app.

Hmmmm, maybe in the Uninstalled section of your Library?

Also do you have a dev version already installed via Osig...if you have then maybe its a conflict and you need to uninstall that version first (this was a thing on GearVR I know).

No, that one new device and also I reset all data after the first time when show unavailable.

I check with another app also the same problem.

Is there still a cog icon for "developer view"? I remember that causing a problem and i never knew the point of it.

How about the setting of you app itself, maybe youve not filled something in like your supported devices or something like that?

ok thanks, I got the solution

Step 1. Go to oculus device open store section

Step 2. Scroll down find your app click the app

Step 3. after accepting its start downloading, then u can  access this app into your app section
