[OculusGo/GearVR] Carmack 5Kx5K player sample mp4 format

I would like to use Carmack's vr5kplayer

I downloaded the sample from here and got the tool.

But "sample mp4(henry5k_clip)" is different from mp4 I always use.

What kind of software is creating sample mp4?

You have to run your .mp4 file through videostrip.exe which is located in the sample files in the henry5k_clip directory. 

In CMD run videostrip <filename>

Check the readme in the videostrip directory.
