Unable to update Gear VR app in store

We are unable to upload a Gear VR binary for one of our apps. It is a Unity build and update to a version we currently have in the alpha channel.

Both, online and command line upload throw the same error:

"Processing issue. Sorry, we encountered a problem while processing the file that you uploaded. Please try again later".

Is this related to the Unity build or are there current issues with the Oculus Developer platform?

It is still happening since over a week and even creating a new app and uploading it with a different bundle id does not work.
