i recently bought a game and its not installing it! it starts but sudeenly stops installing it. in oculus screen appears oculus logi and name of the game/app but it still in "not installed apps" please help!!!
I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to download Republique VR which is 3.72 GB but the download randomly stops. Smaller files download just fine. Also tried different WiFi networks.

Wait what ? OculusSupport told me on reddit to do a factory reset. If I can't get a refund for apps/games I can't download I will contest the charges with my bank.
I just cancelled all the apps/games I haven't been able to download. If the refund doesn't go through I will contact my bank and contest the charges. This is ridiculous.
I'm having the same problem since yesterday night, downloads stop suddenly between 80MB and 100MB appearing a message that only shows the name of the app. It's very frustrating because just yesterday I bought several games and now I can't download any of them.
So today I thought I'd try downloading stuff again, for the 100th time. And ... it works fine. It's not super fast, but all the downloads I've started today completed and the apps installed. Until today I wasn't able to install ANYTHING bigger than 100MB, but today installed apps bigger than 1GB without any issues. I've even started multiple downloads at the same time, and while they're not very fast, they're not failing anymore.
Hopefully it stays like that 🙂
Support also answered my ticket saying they were aware of the issue and are working on it. I hope it gets fixed for everyone else too.
