Oculus Go Doesnt recognize controller

My Go doesnt see the controller anymore..changed battery restarted Go but to no avail..still doesnt see the controller...any input..please help

Mine too. From nothing. Tried to unpair and pair it again... Nothing.

I sometimes get this after the Go has been fully powered off. Hold both the Back and Oculus buttons down for 15 to 20 seconds and it should reconnect.

I was going crazy trying to get my controller to repair up after unpairing it. I tried every thing I could think of to no avail. Finally my last resort before maybe doing a factory reset I unplugged the USB cable charging the Ogo. That was the factor keeping me from pairing my controller. I haven't seen this answer anywhere else. I hope it helps you out.

When you repair you controller, be sure to hold both back and Oculus buttons for about 10 seconds to reset.
