Stripping Oculus Go functionality for a museum experience

I am a Dutch volunteer in a museum in my city Eindhoven. The past two years I have build a 3D model of my city (it was a town back then) in Blender, Substance Painter and Unity3D. In Unity I render a 360 degree video that I show in the Oculus Go. Playing that video is the only functionality on the Oculus I need for now.
To make the experience as smoothly as possible, I tried to strip all the functionality out of the Go, by deinstalling all apps except Oculus Video and disabled WIFI.

One thing I noticed is that text on error messages and video-thumbnails sometimes disappears when WIFI is disabled.

I have a few questions that really could improve the experience of our visitors:

- Is it possible to start the video by a single button on the controller? Now we have to explain every visitor how they can open the video with the controller.
- Is it possible to make your own environments? None of the existing environments match our historic theme en we want to show the credits of our project in this environment.
- Is it possible to disable the error messages regarding WIFI?
- It is possible to disable all icons except Oculus Video?

Sorry for my poor English, but I hope you understand the questions I have.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Rob
