[Unity]How to disable Oculus home button of the controller in my own app

Hi I'm developing a OculusGo app for classroom in school.
There's a very high possibility that the students might press home button accidentally and is forced return to the Oculus lobby unintentionally.
It makes teacher difficult to know whether or not all students are inside of my app.
So I was wondering if you can change the way to trigger Oculus lobby other than just press the home button.
On a more general note, I want to remap home button into doing something else, and it seems I am unable to do that.

Please help!

If you give the students a controller it's absolutely certain that most of your students will exit to the Oculus home screen. I've tested this myself with school groups and pretty much 100% of the students exit the app. From there many of them have "fun" trying to download new games, change language settings, etc.

I believe there's currently no way to prevent this. You need a kiosk mode. Welcome to the club. As things stand Oculus Go is not a workable solution for your situation and there's no indication that Oculus is interested in developing a kiosk mode. You should be very wary of continuing your development on this platform until such time as Oculus makes an announcement about this issue.

I hope someone can provide information to the contrary and offer us some glimmer of hope... anyone?

No, there is no way to do this right now. But it's great feedback.

Yeah, at the moment the business version of the Go doesn't offer enough control of the environment to be suitable for that market. Same thing for the rift. A commercial use version would be bought by a company for a specific use case, there must be an option to turn off stores / friends lists / any app besides the intended custom one, etc.

No disrespect on Oculus Go
I've tried many standalone VR, like Oculus go, hTC focus, Pico Neo...
but right now I feel that Pico is the best of providing business solution.
Once you've get the permission. you can easily access and replace their lobby.
hTC Focus has kiosk mode, but just was not that good (compare to Pico)
