Hi everyone,

Like a lot of people I have a fatal error on Medium launch.

- My monitor is plugged on the same video card than my Rift,
- I allready uninstalled, installed driver,
- Quill works,

My config :
Windows 7
i5-4670
16Go
GeForce GTX TITAN

I tried everything I've found on internet. If someone could help me plz...

Thanks a lot

Hey @StYoukii, unfortunately looks like you've hit the exact problem I'm describing in my post (I can tell because your logs show "Vulkan verify failure (-4) at line 453 of src\Vulkan\renderDeviceVulkan.cpp")

Please update your graphics drivers and repair your Vulkan drivers according to the instructions posted.  Let me know if you run into problems there!

Hey @StYoukii, looks like you're still getting the same error. Please don't download the update for your driver from Windows - download it from NVIDIA and install it manually, while stopping the Oculus Runtime Service, as per the instructions in the post. Thanks.

Your driver may be in a bad state. You should use DDU safe mode uninstall and then install Nvidia latest from their website.
